A warm welcome to author Nia Simone

Hello, Nia, it's good to have you here.

Let's hear a little about your book The Last Straw.

BLURB:

Ally Tobin left New York after one too many bad dates, determined to rebuild a stable life and career as a private investigator in Silicon Valley. But when the man she knew as one name walks into her office with another, will her curiosity once again lead her to risk her heart?

The last thing Special Agent Jared Green needs is "security risk" stamped on the resume of his latest undercover identity. Especially by the woman his job forced him to leave in New York without any explanation. She may threaten his cover, but it's his heart on the line.

He's good at playing a part. She's good at catching a fake. Can they trust enough to give love another chance?
Nia will be giving away a prize to one commenter: A $25 Amazon gift card to one randomly drawn commenter.

Hello! Thank you, Laura, for hosting me on my book tour. I'm very excited to be here .

I enjoy interacting with and learning from readers, so please say hi. And I have a question for you, if you like. How has the Internet changed your reading habits? For example, do you read more reviews? Share your favorite reads with others? Have you expanded what kinds of books you try because of others' recommendations?

Thanks for coming by and good luck in the raffle!

Nia

Congratulations on your debut and thanks for the freebie. I grabbed my copy.
The Internet has certainly changed my reading habits--I discover a lot more authors now than I would have before...especially indie authors. As a librarian, I've always been a big follower of reviews so I really do enjoy looking at so many reader reviews.
